All patients can use a 24h telephone emergency line and contact a duty nurse.

In an emergency the patient is provided first medical aid, transport to the hospital as well as sanitary transport.

Within this service patients can undergo any laboratory and diagnostic tests and specialist consultations relevant to the type of their work.

Patients can consult an internal medicine doctor or a family medicine specialist.

Discount for all services of the ENEL-MED medical center: for the subscription patient - 10%, for his/her closest family - 5%. The discount does not involve implants and materials used during operations and other procedures. For laboratory tests outside a particular package, the holder of an enel-care card receives a 25% discount.

The ENEL-MED medical center offers consultations of specialist doctors (about 30 specialties) without referral. These consultations involve: medical history, physical examination, referral for diagnostic tests, initial diagnosis, treatment, recommendations as to further specialist treatment and selected outpatient procedures.

Within subscription we offer our patients access to comprehensive diagnostic procedures that are performed based on referrals from both ENEL-MED doctors and other doctors.
The medical subscription also covers contrasts, anaesthesia and recording of imaging examinations (tomography, magnetic resonance, foetal us) on electronic media - where feasible

We provide for our patients laboratory tests within analytics, allergology, bacteriology, biochemistry, serology, haematology, immunology as well as hormonal and cancer diagnostics.

The patients are offered both nursing procedures and medical procedures performed by doctors of different specialties.

We guarantee our patients home visits of internal medicine doctors, paediatricians and family medicine specialists that are realised round-the-clock in the area up to 30 km form the centre of warsaw. In other polish cities reservation and realisation of home visits is done according to local conditions.

To have their current health condition assessed, patients can consult primary care doctors and undergo relevant diagnostic procedures. In warsaw, there are also one-day prophylaxis programs available, under a common title - "24 hours for health".

Within medical prophylaxis programs we do the following vaccinations: influenza, viral a hepatitis (package iv and vip), viral b hepatitis, measles, mumps and rubella, tick-borne meningoencephalitis, tetanus and diphtheria

Dental prophylaxis involves: dental inspection every 6 months, pantomographic x-ray (entire dentition), removal of tartar and dental deposits, fluoridation, tooth sealing, oral hygiene instruction

In case of acute onset pain or tooth injury patients can receive emergency dental aid 24 hours a day.

Patients are offered the following dental care services: conservative treatment, dental surgery, dental care specialist consultations

Patients can be electively hospitalised in the ENEL-MED hospital or in one of cooperating institutions. Patients have a 15% discount for operations and other medical procedures performed in the ENEL-MED medical centre and anaesthesia is free.

Rehabilitation involves: consultations of rehabilitation specialist, instructions, kinesitherapeutic exercises, physiotherapy procedures, segmental therapeutic massage.

Pregnant patients are offered birth giving in a private obstetric clinic cooperating with ENEL-MED or in a room dedicated for family births in the obstetric clinic chosen by the patient. The future parents can attend classes offered by the antenatal class. Also perinatal care of mother and child is provided.

Within drug transport service patients can order drug transport to their home. This service is available in Warsaw and Warsaw suburbs.

Within subscription, the patient can have any "one-day surgery" operation available in the current offer of the ENEL-MED hospital department. Subscription does not cover plastic surgery/aesthetic medicine procedures.

The patient receives a card that gives him/her insurance coverage during his/her stay (not exceeding 90 days) outside poland and his/her residential country, valid for the entire period of subscription. The insurance coverage is guaranteed by the insurance company cooperating with the ENEL-MED medical center.
